CrelioHealth · US Labs

Turn raw lab results into reports patients actually understand.

Smart Reports binds to CrelioHealth's structured-data webhook and renders clear, guideline-backed reports — flag chips, reference-range tracks, trend charts, and plain-language explanations — without changing how results flow out of your lab.

Two tiers, one pipeline

TIER 1 · SMART VISUAL

Deterministic & shippable on its own

  • Flag chips (normal / watch / high / critical) from a rules engine
  • Reference-range tracks and HbA1c-style trend charts
  • One approved, cited one-liner per result (ADA, AHA, KDIGO, ATA…)
  • Critical values auto-routed to a manual-review queue
No LLM. Fully auditable. This is the floor.
TIER 2 · SMART INSIGHTS

An LLM narrative on top — within guardrails

  • Plain-language narrative and personalized recommendations
  • Reads the rendered Tier-1 output, never the raw labs
  • Never re-decides a flag; three guardrail claim-checks
  • Turn it off per customer — the report degrades gracefully to Tier 1
Live behind a key — toggle "Tier 2" in the Studio (set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY).

What's inside

🧪

Biomarker library

16 markers across lipids, metabolic, renal, CBC and thyroid — each a versioned, lab-director-approved definition with population-specific ranges.

📐

Rules engine

Bands decoupled from ranges. Resolves value + age/sex/pregnancy/trimester to a band, flag, severity and citation.

🎨

Four report designs

Clinical Classic, Consumer Modern, Data-forward Dashboard, Editorial Minimal — interchangeable skins over one data contract.

📈

Trends over time

Interactive per-marker history with the healthy range shaded and points colored by status, so band crossings are obvious.

🔌

One adapter

Only one module knows CrelioHealth's field names. Onboard another LIMS by writing a single new adapter.

Print & PDF safe

SVG range tracks and border-based chips survive Apps Script / print-to-PDF export intact.
